I have seen many wedding websites – some are stunning and some are ghastly, but alas, beauty is in the eye of the beholder so who am I to judge! Wedding websites by their very nature are personal creations, perhaps at times using the photograph that is sentimental rather than perfectly taken. Understandable, but not always pleasing to the eye that cannot fathom the sentiment. So what makes the perfect wedding website?

Probably the most striking difference I’ve seen is in the quality of the photos used on wedding websites. At the one extreme we have the big budget weddings, where a big chunk of the big budget is splashed out in taking pre-wedding photographs specifically for use on the wedding website.
